Built for the woman who built something extraordinary — and is still figuring out how to carry it.
How The Honeycomb Collective came to be
For over 15 years, Catisha worked in the heart of healthcare. Revenue cycles. Compliance. Clinical operations. Front desk systems. She was the person behind the scenes who kept complex organizations running quietly, precisely, and with care.
And in all those years, she kept seeing the same thing….
Women — brilliant, mission-driven women — building practices that were changing lives.
Integrative medicine doctors are expanding access to care in underserved communities. Med spa owners are creating spaces where women finally feel seen and valued.
And they were drowning. Not because they lacked vision.
Not because they lacked skill.
But because the business operations holding their practices together were personally held together by them.
By their memory, their presence, their early mornings, and their late nights. The systems weren't built for them.
The structures didn't match the mission. And that costs their patients, too.
In September 2025, Catisha made a decision. She left her corporate role and launched The Honeycomb Collective — an operational consulting firm built exclusively for women leading integrative medicine practices and med spas. Not for every business. For this one.
Because the women building the next generation of compassionate healthcare deserve operations that are just as intentional as the care they deliver.
She brings all of
who she is to the work.
Meet Catisha
Brooklyn girl.
San Diego soul.
Catisha is a healthcare operations expert, strategic partner, and the founder of The Honeycomb Collective.
She grew up in Brooklyn, shaped by its grit, its directness, and its refusal to accept anything less than what's possible. She carried that with her through 15 years of healthcare operations work, including revenue cycle management, clinical systems, compliance, and organizational leadership at institutions such as New York Presbyterian Hospital.
She has seen healthcare from the inside. The complexity. The politics. The moments when a broken process costs a patient more than it should have.
And the moments when the right operational foundation transformed how care was delivered and felt.
In 2020, she made a deliberate decision to relocate to San Diego — not just geographically, but intentionally. She chose a city, a pace, and a life that reflected the same principles she now builds into her clients' businesses.
Sustainability. Clarity. Ambition without sacrifice. She carries Brooklyn with her — the directness, the standards, the refusal to settle. And she brings to her work what San Diego gave her, the spaciousness to think clearly, the peace to lead wisely, and the permission to build something real.
What she brings to every client engagement:
→ 15+ years of hands-on healthcare operations experience
→ Deep familiarity with integrative medicine and med spa workflows
→ A practitioner's understanding of patient-centered care — not just theory
→ The ability to see what's broken in 30 minutes and build what's needed over 90 days
→ A partnership style that is direct, warm, and entirely focused on your mission
"Our mission is to bring compassion back into healthcare — by building the operational foundations that let mission-driven practices thrive."
What we believe about patient-centered care
At The Honeycomb Collective, we believe that compassionate care and operational excellence are not opposites.
They are the most powerful combination in healthcare. When a patient walks into your practice, they feel your operations, whether you've built them or not. They feel it in how quickly they're responded to.
Whether their intake is seamless or stressful. Whether the person at the front desk knows what to do, or is quietly improvising.
Your mission is to heal, to serve, and to transform lives.
Our mission is to make sure your operations never get in the way of that.
What we stand for:
Faith-Centered
Our work is grounded in purpose, not just performance. Every decision flows from a deeper sense of calling, in business and in life.
Compassion as Strategy
We built this firm on the belief that compassion and operational excellence are not in conflict. Together, they are the most powerful thing a practice can offer.
Boundaries as a Business Model
We don't just preach sustainable leadership, we model it. Rest is not a reward. It is a requirement. For you and for us.
Community Over Competition
When one of us rises with the right foundation, we all rise. We are deeply invested in the communities our clients serve and the women building them.
What it actually means to work with
The Honeycomb Collective
This is not a consulting engagement where you receive a report and figure out the rest yourself.
When you work with The Honeycomb Collective, you get a strategic partner who treats your business the way you treat your patients with full attention, genuine care, and the kind of investment that doesn't clock out at 5 pm.
Here's what you can expect:
-
Every engagement begins with deep listening, and not just to your operational challenges, but to your vision, your mission, and what you actually want your practice to feel like.
We don't apply templates. We build what your practice specifically needs. -
Catisha is direct. If something isn't working, she will tell you — clearly and constructively.
She brings the Brooklyn in her to every conversation. That directness is not harshness. It is the highest form of care she can offer a business owner who has been told what she wants to hear for too long. -
Implementation is part of the work. We build alongside you. Your team is trained to own what we build. When the engagement ends, the systems stay and they run without either of us in the room.
-
We are not here to turn your practice into a machine. We are here to make sure the compassionate care you came to deliver is supported by operations worthy of it.
You belong here if:
→ You are a women-led integrative medicine practice or med spa generating $1M+
→ You are growing and feeling it operationally
→ You want a partner who understands healthcare from the inside
→ You are ready to stop being the bottleneck and start being the leader
Beyond the Business
Catisha is more than a consultant.
She is a creator, a storyteller, and a woman who is actively living the principles she builds businesses around.
Outside of her client work, she is developing The Rebel Diaries — a creative project at the intersection of storytelling, authenticity, and life lived entirely on her own terms.
It is the unfiltered version of the journey.
The beauty behind the business. The difficulty of building something real in a world that doesn't always make room for women like her. The moments of doubt that don't make it onto the highlight reel and the faith that carried her through them anyway.
Because the women she works with deserve to see the full picture.
Not the polished version. The real one.
The Rebel Diaries is coming soon — and it will be for every woman who has ever been told her vision was too big, her standards too high, or her path too unconventional.
She belongs here, too.
